    It was cold and we were freezing and this was the only place open.
    The guy that took our order sneezed in his hands and didn't wash them.  The pasta dishes we ordered were microwaved TV dinners...I watched him slide them out of the package onto the plate.  It made me feel a little better since he didn't actually touch any of our food with his sneeze hands.  But I still expected more from an Italian restaurant.
    With that said, I'd buy the TV dinners at a supermarket because they were delicious.

    On vacation in Rome with my family. Ate breakfast here and the food and coffee was descent at best. Got the bill paid and left. The bill I felt was a little higher than expected but didn't think much of it and went on with my day. Later went back to buy a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. I gave the lady at the counter 20 euros and revived my change and left. When I left I counted the change and realized I was over charged 10 euros. I immediately went back to confront the woman and all of sudden the woman doesn't speak English anymore after speaking perfect English at breakfast and at time of purchase of the cigs. It was easy to tell that she knew she got caught and she had a coworker translate due to the language barrier and accused me of lying and saying that she gave me my change and that she put it on the counter and maybe it fell. It was a blatant lie and I also realized that I never received a receipt for the cigs or earlier that morning for breakfast which I feel was on purpose. I talked to another tourist outside when I left and a very similar situation occurred to them and their family....this place is run by crooks taking advantage of tourist. STAY AWAY!!! It's the only place in Rome that I made a purchase and did not receive a receipt. There are many other business near by buy that are run by honest people and deserve the business. Hopefully this place will not survive
